Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit will be held upon check in, for incidentals.

Parking
Parking is free.
Early Departure Policy
The front desk must be notified of early departure at least 24 hours prior to check out and applicable fees will be charged.
Pet Policy
Pet fee is $25/night. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 40lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted and they can’t be left alone in the room.
Concierge Hours
Our lobby is open 24/7.
Occupancy and Local Tax
Transient Occupancy Tax of 13.150% is charged on the room rate only.
Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
Accessibility
We have accessible guest rooms available. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time of reservation.
Smoke-Free
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest-room, deck, balcony or public areas. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
